Our product development team transforms digital experiences- we envision a growing future with intellect, A-class team members, clients, and stakeholders. Moving on with more team members we strive to take up ambitious projects based on the latest technologies, tools, and software; leading to digital products that improve the way people live and work.

A day at Adagio (this is not your usual workday!)

We are believers in two important principles of productivity - focus, and flow, and in our experience, one makes the other possible. We start our days with stand-ups, quite literally, as we keep the durations such that we can conduct these meetings while standing up. Our product owners lead the stand-ups intending to keep everybody in the team centrally aligned and up to date in as short a time as possible.
With a clear understanding of what we need to achieve during the day, we start on what we call ‘focus blocks’. Our first two focus blocks are aimed at inducing a state of flow into the task at hand, this means no meetings, no discussions, and no distracting the rest of the team. We capitalize on these hours of peak productivity to get the most important aspects of the work done.
We plan all of our collaborative work like meetings, brainstorming sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives during slots meant specifically for them during the afternoon hours. The rest of our day is a combination of meeting and focus blocks.
An approach like this helps us prevent mental overload and allows us to focus on the projects at hand. It enables us to get our best work done during the hours we put in.
